What’s the difference between coaching and therapy? Life coaches aim to motivate, offer emotional support, identify and challenge limiting beliefs, and create confidence in their clients. Whereas, therapy can treat more complex emotional challenges and often utilizes emotional resolutions for past problems to help their clients move forward. Both are beneficial!
